At Orthoshoes, we are committed to delivering your orthopedic footwear efficiently so you can start enjoying better comfort as soon as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout.

  • Orders over $99: We offer FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $99: A flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies. (Note: If you calculate rates at checkout instead of a flat fee, change this line to: "Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.")

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Processing Window: Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • United States: 5 - 10 business days.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@orthoshoes.co.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your shoes arrive safely. Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orthoshoes is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, please email support@orthoshoes.co within 6 hours of placing your order (as per our Cancellation Policy).

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your mailroom.

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan packages early).

  • If still missing, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
